MISSION STATEMENT & TRADITIONS

MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to help older and disabled citizens live to their highest

potential as individuals who desire independence within the bounds of

their ability, health, needs, and personal fulfillment.

We strive to primarily serve all the six county area surrounding Minden,

without discrimination and with recognition of each individual's 

privacy, dignity, worth, and wholeness.

We do this by providing facilities and services that offer Assisted

Living, Nursing Care and other services through "Loving Care With

A Spiritual Touch."

To assist in our mission and purpose we affiliate with the Evangelical

Lutheran Church in America.  Further we offer the Bethany Home

Foundation to receive gifts and bequests to perpetuate the purpose

of Bethany Home and help insure service and growth.

TRADITIONS

Since its beginnings in the very early 1920's it has been our tradition

to offer "Loving Care With A Spiritual Touch."  Founded by area

and community churches of Minden, Axtell, and Hildreth,  Bethany

Home enjoys the local goveranance of persons nominated by their

respective corporate church.  These individuals have a true and sincere

interest in providing affordable quality services at Bethany Home.
